How to order?
If you are interested in our villa Oliva and we have a free date in the calendar, please fill out the reservation form, or send us an email or call us. We will be happy to provide more detailed information and answer your questions.
The price is for the entire house and includes accommodation for a maximum of 5 — 6 people (4 full-size beds in the bedrooms, 2 smaller children can fit on the foldable sofa bed in the kitchen 120 x 200 cm) including cleaning, change of bed linen, towels and energy consumption. Out of season (November — March) rental is possible by agreement. Tourist fees are not included in the price.
When ordering, we ask you for a reservation deposit of 50 % and after crediting to our account, you have the date of your stay reserved in our calendar. If the deposit is not paid, the reservation is taken as preliminary and if another client is interested, the requested date of accommodation may be left to him. The remaining amount must be paid within a month before the date of your arrival.
The account number for crediting the reservation deposit is: IBAN CZ90 0300 000 0000 252 574 422. Please enter the date of your arrival in this format yyyy-mm-dd and your first and last name in the text.
Arrival/Departure
We will be happy to observe the rule of arrival at the accommodation from 3 pm on the first day of your stay and leaving the accommodation by 11 am on the last day of your stay. Different arrangements can be made individually, if there are no other guests in the house before/after you. We need time to clean the house:)
We will send you all the detailed information on the operation of the villa in the manual in advance and after paying the additional fee. The manual is also available in your welcome package in our house.

Cancellation conditions when canceling a stay
More than 3 months in advance: refund of 100 % of the paid deposit, which will be reduced by a handling fee of CZK 3,000
Less than 3 months and more than 4 weeks: cancellation fee of 20 % of the accommodation price, the rest of the paid amount will be returned to you (within 10 working days)
Less than 4 weeks: cancellation fee of 50 % of the accommodation price, the rest of the paid amount will be returned to you (within 10 working days)
